If you registered for the conference, you are welcome to participate in any workshop free of charge. 
 
 
mLearn 2012 Conference registration system is operated by TAVI Congress Bureau. All reservations (including social programme) should be made on the same registration form. Confirmation of participation
TAVI Congress Bureau will confirm the participation upon receiving the registration and payments. No participation confirmation letters will be sent before all the payments have been received.

Registration fees include:
 
   * scientific programme
   * coffee breaks
   * lunches
   * evening programme (There is a separate fee of 65 euros for an accompanying person's dinner)
   * one year IAmLearn membership for non-members
 
The conference programme will include keynote talks, symposia/workshops, plenary sessions, parallel presentations, roundtables and debates, special Focus Sessions, poster sessions, technology and product/service demonstrations.
 
Payment and confirmation
All payments (registration fee and accompanying person's social programme if applicable) should be made in advance in euros (EUR) in connection with the registration. When registering online, you will receive instant confirmation of successful registration to your email.

Cancellation and refund policy
 
Kindly note that all cancellations and/or changes to registration must be made in writing to TAVI Congress Bureau by e-mail: 
mLearn.2012@tavicon.fi or by fax: +358 3 233 0444.
 
Delegates canceling before 16 September 2012 will forfeit 50% of their registration fee. No refunds will be considered after this date.
In case of no-show, there will be no refund of the registration fee. There is no extra fee if a delegate's registration is transferred to a  colleague from the same organization. Please inform the conference organizers of the name change by e-mail to mLearn.2012(at)tavicon.
